Ticket schedule change attracts a 25% penalty charge.
Passenger check-in closes 30 minutes before departure
Maximum weight of luggage allowed in boat is 30KG with dimensions not more than 45cm x 33cm x 20cm.
Luggage weighing more than 10KG will attract additional ₦200 per KG excess luggage charge subject to change at the company’s discretion.
For every boat departure time that is missed, a no-show penalty fee of 25% of ticket amount will be charged to change the ticket
